They are young and they are fun. There is something about the young celebrity that sure does keep the camera rolling. For one thing, most of the under 30 celebs out there are still somewhat new to the scene. This means there is plenty for us to unravel and learn about their lives, and still so much for them to show us. Yet even for those who came into the spotlight while still a child, or even better in their coy teenage years, the 20s still seems to be the time to shine. During your twenties you are on your own and ready to take on the world, playing the adult game for the first time and making up the rules as you go along. At least that is how the celebs play.
